Join us for this exciting meditation workshop, "Qigong." Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercise. This workshop will be taught by certified and trained instructor Beverly Spencer.
This program meets in-person each week and is a part of our on-going "Health & Wellness" Series.
