Join us for this relaxing "Qigong" workshop. Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercise. Certified and trained instructor Beverly Spencer will teach the workshops. This program meets in-person twice a month.
Registration is suggested but not required to attend.
