Are you or someone you know having trouble working on your goal?  Procrastinating?  Are you dogged by distractions?  You are not alone!

Join us for a 4-week session workshop where we will discuss how to manage and conquer your distractions.  To prepare for attending the workshop/support group, describe your goal (the one you are having trouble working on), this can be a task, a problem, a creative project etc.  In the sessions, each participant supports one another in their goals and in exploring our distractions and other blocks we are experiencing.  Attendees will have homework in between sessions.

Registration is required.  Please register here on our calendar.

This workshop/support group will be led by George Klein, a Distraction Management Coach.  "In my own journey out of distraction to focused attention, I came to realize that distractions like food, TV, my smartphone and trivia were shunting my time and energy away from things I needed and wanted to get done.  I gradually realized the importance of cultivating awareness of my own distractions, and began to ask myself, am I distracted?  Answering this turned out to be quite useful.  I wrote a graphic novel about my journey, titled "Distracted George."  This all led to my becoming a Distraction Management Coach and I love helping others with distraction.
