 d the Ossining Public Library.Participants will have two 25-minute silent 
 meditation periods, separated by a brief walking meditation.  Cushions an
 d chairs are provided.This group is led by a trained and experienced instr
 uctor.Registration is preferred but not required.  Walk-ins are welcome.
