Navigating Your Calm When the World Gets Loud

The world can feel overwhelming. Constant headlines, busy schedules, and everyday stress can leave us feeling anxious, distracted, and depleted.

Join us on Friday afternoons to play Mahjong with other local players.  Attendees must have some knowledge of the game.

Build and program a robot to learn the basics of coding.

For ages 5-12. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by a grownup. 

Join us for weekly silent meditation hosted by Yorktown Zen and the Ossining Public Library.

Participants will have two 25-minute silent meditation periods, separated by a brief walking meditation.  Cushions and chairs are provided.

Improve your Spanish or English conversation skills by practicing in small groups in this friendly online learning experience. Your listening and speaking skills will improve, and your vocabulary will grow.
