Escape the everyday stresses, relax and breathe in our yoga program.  Don't forget your yoga mat!

Do you want to learn the basics of knitting and how to knit?  Is knitting your hobby?  Interested in meeting fellow knitters?  Then this is the group for you!  

Whether you are a first-time worker, returning to the workforce, or an established executive, our individual career coaching will ensure you take the right steps toward success.

Explore the intersection of social justice and textile arts through quilting.  Participants will explore historical facts, learn quilting techniques and discuss social justice concepts in this engaging 2- hour workshop.
