Are you having the winter blues?  Then join us for this informational program that will help!

The Winter Wellness class covers topics such as the importance of getting outdoors, connecting with nature, movement-both indoors and out, skin care, dry brushing, essential oils to improve immunity, natural remedies such as using a hot water bottle, warm steamy water in a bowl with a towel over your head to open up sinuses, making cough syrup with honey and onions, elderberry syrup, rest, sleep, stress relief, having a toxic free home environment and more hints and tips. Attendees will get an overall practical sharing of ideas to solve winter wellness issues.
