February is American Heart Month, so let’s make a heart-healthy, home-cooked meal!

On Tuesday, Feb. 21 we’ll be cooking up a cozy curried pumpkin soup and making a massaged kale salad with pepitas, pine nuts, and dried cranberries to go alongside.

Join us to virtually cook alongside Ashley Covelli of Big Flavors from a Tiny Kitchen, or watch as she makes a healthy and delicious dinner.
