Event Details

The Ossining Library hosts a Spanish film series throughout the Fall on selected Wednesdays. All screenings begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Budarz Theater and are shown in Spanish with English subtitles. The October 11 film is Mama directed by Julio Medem and starring Penelope Cruz (Magda) as a young mother and unemployed teacher living in Madrid and coping with breast cancer. This creates unexpected bonds with people close to her.
