Sol Liebeskind & Federico Díaz present their upcoming bolero album "Noche, No Te Vayas” in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

Singer-songwriter Sol Liebeskind and guitarist Federico Díaz met in New York City and in mid-2020 discovered their shared passion for Boleros. Both from Argentina but coming from diverse musical backgrounds, their versions of traditional boleros feature a vibrant fusion of tango, jazz, soul, and chamber music. The core repertoire of the duo consists of Latin American boleros from different time periods. Their EP titled "Mucho Corazón" was recorded and released in 2020. The next year, they began performing as a duo and with a larger ensemble all over New York City at various venues, such as Little Island, Wild Birds, and TimeOut, as well as in Buenos Aires at the renowned Anfiteatro Parque Centenario. This summer, the duo toured for the first time in Europe and will present music from their upcoming album “Noche, No Te Vayas” released in July 2023.

Born in Mendoza, Argentina, Federico Díaz is a versatile musician of the new generation of guitarists with a multi-faceted career as a performing artist, arranger and composer in the Classical and Argentinian music worlds. Argentinean born artist Sol Liebeskind started her musical journey in 2009 and remains one of the most influential artists in the Jazz/Soul scene from Buenos Aires, Argentina, having participated multiple times at the Buenos Aires International Jazz Festival (2011, 2014, 2015). She has been an artist in residence for a decade at the prestigious Argentinean Jazz venue Thelonious Club, and has released 4 albums as a solo artist.
