Savor the Moment: A Mindful Eating Experience
You are invited to explore the art of eating with awareness. Together, we will slow down, awaken the senses, and rediscover how mindful eating can nurture both body and mind. The session will include gentle breathwork, a guided tasting meditation, and simple practices to bring mindfulness to daily meals.
This is a relaxed, accessible experience suitable for anyone curious about building a healthier relationship with food and nourishment. Participants will leave with practical tools for slowing down and savoring meals; insight into the connection between food, emotion, and presence; and a renewed appreciation for mindful nourishment.
This session will be led by Jess Vecchiarelli, founder of The Aligned Path, a space for those ready to break through limitations, trust their inner wisdom, and step into the life they’re meant to live.
