In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, please Join us to learn more about:
Mental Health 101: Unraveling the myths about mental health and well-being.
Attendees will learn what mental health really is and why it matters to us all. Presented by Brian Gens a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Mental Health Association of Westchester.
Pre-registration is preferred but not required to attend. Walk-ins are welcome. Feel free to register here on our online calendar.
