Buzzworthy Film Series - "A Real Pain"

The Summer Buzzworthy Film Series concludes with the film "A Real Pain."

In this comedy/drama, mismatched cousins David and Benji tour Poland to honor their grandmother. Their adventure becomes complicated as old tensions resurface while exploring their family history.

This film won many awards including one Oscar for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role, and it was nominated for Best Original Screenplay.  It won two BAFTA awards, Best Original Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor.  It won a Golden Globe for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture.  It won a SAG award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role among many others.

The film was directed by Jesse Eisenberg, Written by Jesse Eisenberg, and Stars Kieran Culkin, Jesse Eisenberg and Olha Bosova.

The film is rated R for strong language and drug use and is not suitable for all audiences.

Run time is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
