Buzzworthy Film Series - "Conclave"

The Summer Buzzworthy Film Series Returns with three of award winning films!

The first film to be shown in the series is "Conclave."

Cardinal Lawrence has one of the world's most secretive and ancient events, participating in the selection of a new pope. Surrounded by powerful religious leaders in the halls of the Vatican, he soon uncovers a trail of deep secrets that could shake the very foundation of the Roman Catholic Church.

This film won many awards, including an Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay, and was nominated for several more Oscars. It won two BAFTA awards for Best Film and Outstanding British Film of the Year. It also won a Golden Globe for Best Screenplay Motion Picture.

Directed by Edward Berger. Written by Peter Straughan and Robert Harris.  The film stars Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, and John Lithgow.

The film is rated PG and run time is 2 hours.
